L\u2019Associazione \u201cRaffaele Ajello \u2013 Storia Societ\u00e0 e Diritto – ETS\u201d bandisce il concorso ad una borsa di studio annuale dell\u2019importo di 6.000,00 euro lordi per giovani laureati e dottori di ricerca in discipline storico-giuridiche, per lo svolgimento di una ricerca su \u201cDiritto del lavoro e giurisprudenza nell\u2019Italia del secondo Novecento\u201d.<\/p>

1. Requisiti per l\u2019ammissione al concorso
Those who meet the following requirements can apply:
– Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza o Dottorato di ricerca, con tesi in discipline storico-giuridiche, conseguiti in Italia o nei Paesi dell\u2019Unione europea da non pi\u00f9 di due anni.
– Pubblicazioni scientifiche su temi storico-giuridici. Sono esclusi i candidati titolari di assegni di ricerca o di altre borse di studio annuali o pluriennali.<\/p>

2. Modalit\u00e0 di presentazione della domanda di partecipazione e relativa documentazione
La domanda redatta in lingua italiana, debitamente compilata e corredata dei documenti richiesti dovr\u00e0 essere spedita in formato PDF per via telematica agli indirizzi e-mail info@associazioneraffaeleajello.com<\/a> e idelbagno@unisa.it<\/a> entro e non oltre il 20 novembre 2025.<\/p>

b. copia di un valido documento di riconoscimento
c. curriculum vitae
d. abstract della tesi di laurea o tesi di dottorato
e. progetto di ricerca
f. certificato di Laurea o di Dottorato
g. lettera di presentazione di almeno uno studioso di discipline storico-giuridiche<\/p>

3. Commissione giudicatrice
The applications received will be examined by a Commission of judges, made up of three members appointed by the Board of Directors of the Association. The scholarship will be awarded by the Association on the proposal of the Commission of selection, in its final judgement, on the basis of the qualifications and the research project. The results of the selection with relative ranking will be published on https:\/\/associazioneraffaeleajello.com\/<\/a>.<\/p>

4. Conferimento della borsa di studio
La borsa di studio decorre dal 1\u00b0 gennaio 2026 ed il relativo importo verr\u00e0 erogato al vincitore a partire da tale data in pi\u00f9 rate, secondo gli stati d\u2019avanzamento.<\/p>
